Ceramics Production Operative

As a General Operative, you will possess the following essential skills

• Reliable/Punctual
• Attention to Detail

• A good understanding of health and safety in the workplace
• Health and safety conscious
• Experience of casting and or ceramic glazing preferred
• Happy with Lifting heavy items up to 15kg.
• Ability to work on own accord as well as part of a team

Day to Day Activities

• Working unsupervised and to targets
• Adaptability for different jobs
• Volume based work
• Being flexible to work in different departments
• Basic tool use
• Basic Measuring

Shifts and pay

• Day Shifts (Monday to Friday 07:30am - 16:00pm)
• Static Days
• £12.60 - Increases to £13.20 once permanent
• Overtime rates available
• Temp to perm – 12-week probation.

• This is a labour intensive role and requires a level of physical fitness. Can you comfortably lift heavy products over 15 kg repeatedly?
