Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and wire electrical control panels and cabinets according to engineering drawings and specifications
• Must be competent reading electrical and schematic drawings and GA drawings
• Use hand tools and power tools to cut, strip, crimp, and solder wires
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines while working with electrical systems
• Must be able to work at pace without supervision

Hours & Pay:

Hours = Flexible 40.5 hour working week, generally;

Monday - Thursday = 8:00am – 5:00pm & Friday = 8:00am – 2.30pm.

(Most staff work 7:00am – 4:00pm though and finish at 1.30pm on Friday but there is more flexibility within the business if needing slightly different hours i.e.. 6am - 3pm)

If successful you will be employed under a temp to perm contract. You will serve a 12 week probation whilst employed by Blink Recruitment. During this probation you will be monitored on timekeeping and attendance along with work ethic and ability to work well as part of a team. Once you have successfully completed the 12 weeks you will be transferred over a as a permanent employee.

Blink Recruitment operate a full in house PAYE payroll. We do not use the services of Umbrella payroll schemes. All workers accrue holiday pay per hour worked. Paid Weekly with a week in arrears.
