Job Description

Working in a busy manufacturing and production business where you will be responsible for the welding and fabrication of components and large units, as well as some assembly. This role involves overhead work as part of a team where you will utilise overhead cranes.

Shifts and Pay Rates:

• Days - Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16.00
• £14.55 - £15.11 per hour, dependant on experience
• Overtime is paid at x 1.5 for any hours worked over 39 hours

If successful you will be employed under a temp to perm contract. You will serve a 12 week probation whilst employed by Blink Recruitment. During this probation you will be monitored on timekeeping and attendance along with work ethic and ability to work well as part of a team. Once you have successfully completed the 12 weeks you will be transferred over a as a permanent employee.

Blink Recruitment operate a full in house PAYE payroll. We do not use the services of Umbrella payroll schemes. All workers accrue holiday pay per hour worked. Paid Weekly with a week in arrears.
