Job Description

Duties

  • Assemble wiring harnesses according to technical specifications and diagrams
  • Use soldering irons, cable crimpers and power tools to complete assemblies
  • Install components such as connectors, terminals, and wires with accuracy
  • Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure compliance with standards
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of assembly processes through feedback and suggestions

Experience

  • Proven experience in electrical assembly or wiring harness production is preferred however training can be provided to candidates with a strong assembly background.
  • Soldering. crimping and cutting to precise measurements.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical components, and assembly techniques advantageous
  • Experience working with electronic components and electrical wiring is advantageous
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret technical diagrams and schematics preferred but can be trained.
