Job Description

Working in a busy manufacturing and production business where you will be responsible for utilising hand, air and power tools to assemble components and large units, as well as some fitting work. This role can involve overhead work as part of a team where you will utilise overhead cranes.

We can offer day and night shifts across 3 sites in Longton, Stoke and Fenton

Days - Monday to Thursday 07.30 – 17.00. Friday 07.30 – 14.00 - £12.67 - £14.00 per hour dependant on experience

Nights - Monday to Thursday 18.00 – 06.00 - £16.90 - £18.65 per hour dependant on experience

Overtime is paid at x 1 1/3 and x 1.5 standard rate

If successful you will be employed under a temp to perm contract. You will serve a 12 week probation whilst employed by Blink Recruitment. During this probation you will be monitored on timekeeping and attendance along with work ethic and ability to work well as part of a team. Once you have successfully completed the 12 weeks you will be transferred over a as a permanent employee.

The roles will also involve additional duties around site associated to the manufacturing processes.

Blink Recruitment operate a full in house PAYE payroll. We do not use the services of Umbrella payroll schemes. All workers accrue holiday pay per hour worked. Paid Weekly with a week in arrears.
