Job Description

Day to Day Activities

• PCB (printed circuit board) assembly work
• Follow drawings and tasks assigned to you by management
• Operating small electrical machinery
• Experience with any wiring, soldering is essential
• Experience of crimping and using small hand using small hand tools is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control would be required.
• Inspection work to be carried out upon completion of finished projects.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Shifts and Pay Rate

• Day shifts (ranging from 7-8am start to 4-5pm finish – ability for flexi time too)
• £12.71 - £13.00 per hour dependant on experience
• Temporary to permanent position – 12 week probationary period.

If successful you will be employed under a temp to perm contract. You will serve a 12 week probation whilst employed by Blink Recruitment. During this probation you will be monitored on timekeeping and attendance along with work ethic and ability to work well as part of a team.

Once you have successfully completed the 12 weeks you will be transferred over a as a permanent employee. If you wish to be considered for this role:

Blink Recruitment operate a full in house PAYE payroll. We do not use the services of Umbrella payroll schemes. All workers accrue holiday pay per hour worked. Paid Weekly with a week in arrears.
