As Senior Team Leader within the Stoke Warehouse you will be a key decision maker within the day to day Operations, reporting directly to the Shift Manager. It is your job to deliver a safe and effective operational shift, meeting key departmental targets. You will be expected to monitor and plan the day to day running of the outbound Operation considering forward planning, risk avoidance, Health and Safety management and Employee Wellbeing. All aspects of company procedure and standards will be trained to you and a comprehensive list of duties and tools will be used to ensure the highest possible performance from yourself and your shift.
Training will also be provided for any additional aspects to your role should you be asked to cover any absences or holidays in the Shift Manager’s role or should you want to learn relevant skills and experience for any future progression.

If successful you will be employed under a temp to perm contract. You will serve a 12 week probation whilst employed by Blink Recruitment. During this probation you will be monitored on timekeeping and attendance along with work ethic and ability to work well as part of a team.
Once you have successfully completed the 12 weeks you will be transferred over a as a permanent employee.
