Job Description

Duties

Repair and maintain wooden/Upvc doors, door frames, windows, locks etc.

Undertake work on the fabric of the building as necessary including groundwork, flooring, brickwork, drainage work, roofing repairs, plumbing, painting and joinery

Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the requirements of Health and Safety and other relevant legislation.

Maintain high levels of cleanliness.

To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the overall function, commensurate with the grading and level of responsibilities of the post.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance roles
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Customer service orientation with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety standards and best practices in maintenance operations.

Location Burslem, Stoke on Trent.

Hours are 7am - 3:30pm
