Duties

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

? Develop a full understanding of all aspects of biscuit and glost dissection, including quality standards, commercial standards, and fault analysis.

? To record counts of each fault - both manually and digitally

? Ability to work to factory standards

? Recognise and reprocess best product found in losses

? Conduct consistent and accurate fault categorisation for daily turnout reviews.

? Learn and support additional roles within the Quality department, including reselection, AQL inspections on sourced products, quality checks on UK made products, and departmental audits.

? Ensure working environment is always clean and safe

? Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed

? Participation required in continual improvement.

Skills

• Proven experience in quality assurance roles, demonstrating attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate across departments and prepare clear reports.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

Hours of work: 39 hours per week (8am - 4pm Monday-Thursday, 8am - 3pm Friday).

Permanent position day 1 subject to probation period.
