Job Description

Pottery Operative – Full time/Permanent - location. Stoke and Trentham lakes.

Working as a Pottery Manufacturing Operative – you will possess the following essential skills:

• Reliable + Happy to Work Rotating Shifts or in some cases for certain roles static days or noon's.
• Great Attention to Detail
• Self-Motivated
• Methodical Approach to Working
• Good Eyesight + Hand Dexterity
• Happy to be standing for periods of time

Day to Day Activities

• Working within one of a number of departments on the production of bespoke, high end pottery ware.
• Working as part of a team to ensure a consistent flow of work throughout the department you are based in.
• Consistently carrying out Quality Control checks on the items you are working on to ensure a high standard of production is maintained.
• Developing and expanding on your Pottery Skills.

Shifts and pay

• Various shifts patterns available
• Rotating: 6:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 / 4 on 4 off days and nights
• Pay Rates range between £12.21 and £13.00 with Overtime rates available
• Temp to perm – 12 week probation.
