Duties
- Supervise daily production activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate the pottery printing process, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Monitor inventory levels of materials and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
- Train new employees on production procedures and best practices within the business.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, promoting a culture of safety and efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience in a Pottery/Ceramics & Print environment would be highly advantageous
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
