Duties

• Supervise daily production activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate the pottery printing process, providing guidance and support to team members.
• Monitor inventory levels of materials and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
• Train new employees on production procedures and best practices within the business.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, promoting a culture of safety and efficiency.

Experience

• Proven experience in a Pottery/Ceramics & Print environment would be highly advantageous
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
